Steve Smith

CEO & Founder

Previous to founding SharkReach, Steve worked for more than 17 years in the media business in senior management. Steve has spent more than a decade in key VP/Director roles at high profile companies including Discovery Communications & World Wrestling Entertainment.

His account experience extends across more than 500 clients, which includes deep relationships within all of the movie & entertainment industries. Having worked with high profile media assets within Television, Print, Digital, Outdoor & Events, Steve has unparalleled knowledge of creative marketing tactics.

Steve brings his leadership experience with leading dynamic teams to profitability. His most recent examples include his management role in Discovery Communication's $40 million dollar acquisition of leading digital network and studio, Revision3. Prior to this included his sales management at IZEA of 3 regional sales offices and a team of 11 sales executives which lead directly into IZEA becoming publicly traded.

From his deep passion for new media and his expertise in leading successful teams, Steve is excited to be leading Sharkreach as it has become the first-ever publicly traded millennial media company.

Jamie Allen

As a leader and innovator Jamie Allen is recognized for setting new digital technology strategies and trends. His multifaceted career has allowed for a depth of experience in identifying technology solutions for hard to manage business challenges and consistently being ahead of the curve.

Jamie spent 20+ plus years in digital marketing, web development, application & systems development for fortune 1000 technology and entertainment clients. Managing multiple production and creative teams that developed websites for Sony, Toyota, Conexant, Boeing, MTVN and the Port of Los Angeles. He also executed a massive content management project for AM FM/Clearchannel that incorporated development of over 1235 radio station websites.

Jamie was on the original management team at Realtor.com where his online marketing programs and redesign of the site helped make Realtor.com the number one real estate site in America and also won him the prestigious direct marketing association Echo Award twice. He Founded Liquid Fusion Interactive (LFI), Relentless Media, Gametiger.com ( Sold To IGN) and EXSELL Training Technologies (Sold to B&D; and Sysco and received a 20mil valuation in 2009)

His clients include: UPN, Carsey Warner, Midway Entertainment, Universal Vivendi Games, MTVN, SPIKE TV, Mattel Interactive, Universal Vivendi Games, and Ubisoft among others.

With Global marketing experience, Steve joins SharkReach in leading the global business development efforts for SR, connecting brands with high concept influencer programs.
